Sometimes working in this box office sucks. People can be such bitches. "I want tickets to this show" "Why do I have to pay that price" "what do you mean you're sold" It's not that they don't understand, it's just that they are nasty people.

Oh well, always smile regardless how irrate the costumer gets.
