A few nights ago I went to dinner with one of the Times restaurant critics. It was superb, she was like a talking encyclopedia of Seattle cuisine and proceeded to ordered an excessive amount of food for the size of our group. She uses an alias when dining, which some of us failed miserably at playing along with. However the nights greatest discovery of the evening, was that she has a “wine pimp” (Definition: Someone who can buy top of the line wine at whole sale.) I think I need a wine pimp!
