Hooray for good days..
Today was a very good day for me..at least is has been so far its only like half way through but oh well. I think part of the reason it was so good was because I started it off right. As most of you know today was See You At The Pole, and that just went really well. Nothing that unexpected happened we just sang and prayed and had a short small group time but it was still just really good. But afterward this girl that I haven't really spoken to since we had a class together freshman year came up and was like,"While I was praying God put it on my heart to tell you that he has something huge planned for you and your life and that there is going to be a time where I will either overcome or completely fall b/c of something that is going to happen, and that I just needed to focus on him and it will be amazing." Preachers tell us things like that all the time but it was just really cool to hear it from a someone my own age that I haven't even spoken to in a while b/c I knew that it was really me that God was talking about. So that was just really cool and the whole day I just felt like I had someone walking right there beside me the whole time and I caught myself just smiling for no reason. And I just realized how dumb we are to think that we need to try and find and do things to make ourselves happy when really all we need to do is follow him and it happens naturally.
