I'm loving, adoring and generally enjoying my current course. Unfortunately, this means that assignments go something like this:
1. Read assignment.
2. Go hunt for information relevant to assignment.
3. Notice something else course-related that is really interesting.
4. Go read about that, instead.
5. Go to 3.
...
83. Realize I lost track of what I was looking for.
84. Go to 1.
So I've spent the last few weeks getting little to no sleep. Averaging somewhere between 4 and 6 hours or so. Add two conventions, a birthday and some attempt at a social life to this and it's been an... interesting month. x-D Upside: I've learned lots of interesting things about non-profit accounting that pretty much redefines how I need to be doing accounting for the con. Downside: Don't shoot me, I'm not ~actually~ a zombie!!!
Last night I got home and settled in to ponder school again. And actually wound up going elsewhere, looking into games and such. And around 9, 9:30 or so, maybe 10... I crashed. I woke up at 4 this morning, blinked at my clock and mumbled something that may have been "forget that" and passed out again. Woke up 6ish? Groggily. Woke up for real around 7:30. And ohhhhhhh, do I feel good. I'd forgotten what it was like not to feel exhausted. And oh, remembering is nice. *sighs blissfully*
(Of course, I'm behind in my school plans again and will have to make that up. But ya know what? Totally worth it.)
