Dammit!
*pouts* So I'm talking to the LP manager at work today about books, and getting laughed at by the ISS guys for being giddy about them, when the LP manager turns to me and says, "You know what's a good series? I've actually read the first book - took me forever [he has reading issues with dyslexia], but it was really good." I asked what, and he says, "It's by this guy Robert Jordan..." I laughed and said, "That series was how I met my ex-husband!" He shot me a raised eyebrow, so I explained about the WoT forum, and we started talking about the series.
Now I'm home, and trying to do homework, and keep thinking that it's been a few years since I reread the series, and I actually have - unread, no less! - Knife of Dreams in paperback. Mmm... Wheel of Time, especially the first ones again...
But I don't have time for a WoT reread! I have work! And school! And Sable! And I still have stuff to set up in my apartment! And and and and and... Mmmmm... Wheel of Time...
Dammit. :-D
And I am *so* getting a good book icon tomorrow. :-D
