Pug Love
I've been working with the DFW Pug Rescue for a little bit now toward getting a pug, and here's my new baby! Sable Faustus Hale, at your service. She's been home for all of four days now, and seems to be settling in really well. She gets along with the kids, and got over a slightly rocky start with the cat quickly as well. She looooooooooooooooves people - anybody who'll pet her, she's more than eager to crawl in laps. She's an amazing dog - already spayed, already housebroken, microchipped, the whole nine yards. No idea why anybody would give her up, but I'm glad for my own fortune. She's amazingly cute, and obsessively affectionate. *grins* If I'm sitting here and not petting her, she whines to let me know she's still here and wanting attention. Haven't been able to find a toy she really likes because she loses interest as soon as they're not in the now empty hands of people who should be petting her. :-D We're still trying to find a food she likes. :-D
Expect more pics over time, and better ones once I find batteries for my actual camera! :-D
