Our Terms & Conditions





Please read our terms and conditions carefully and thoroughly! By participating in our pre-orders and engaging in transactions with us, you have hereby agreed to abide by our rules and terms! This is to prevent any sort of misunderstandings and ensure a hassle and problem free transaction! (:
  • We do not have any return policy in mind. We always make sure we triple check all orders before submitting it to our suppliers.
  • We only take in orders that are paid on a first come first served basis!
  • Refunds will only be made at our convenience for those who made payment when the pre-order is closed.
  • We have the right to cancel a pre-order batch if the response is unsatisfactory.
  • We expect you to at least pay for your orders within 5 hours after posting your orders! All orders not paid after 5 hours will be ignored.
  • Pictures provided by supplier may differ slightly with actual products, but all products that we'll pre-order here are based on excellent reviews.
  • No meet ups are available at the moment, but may in the near future.
  • Registered mails are highly recommended to prevent loss of mail in the process of shipment.
  • We are not liable and responsible for any lost or damaged mail!
  • All prices are inclusive of EMS shipping from our supplier to ensure fast, quick and safe shipping to my place. The prices also include free normal postage and packaging fees.
  • If you are uncomfortable or unsure of the quality of the products and prices, you are not obliged to join! Only join if you are comfortable. If you think some products' prices are too expensive, please bear in mind that we have to adhere to my suppliers' prices, the exchange rates, insurances and express shipping fees incurred. We stress this again - Only join if comfortable!
  • If we do not receive your address or you are uncontactable when your goods arrive, we will only hold on to your items for 2 weeks, after which we will confiscate your items.





How do I order from your shop?
  • Our pre-orders are usually always open to new orders, unless the response is not good or most of the goods are out of stock from the supplier side - we will close the pre-order thread.
  • To order, browse through the list of goods and pick those that you want to order. After which, comment to the thread using the order form that we have provided on the page and fill it up accordingly. You are highly encouraged to post your payment details together with your order in one comment for easier reference and receive a speedy confirmation of your order from us!
  • Otherwise, you can post your order first, and then comment on your order thread with your payment details within 5 hours! Orders not paid within 5 hours (unless with valid reason) will be ignored and canceled!
  • Once your have paid, we will email you (usually within a few hours to 2 working days) with a confirmation email that we have received your order.



How do I make payment for my order?
At the moment, we only accept 2 methods of payment!

  • ATM Bank Transfer
  • This is one of the most preferred and convenient methods to make payment! Please remember to include your transaction reference, account number and date/time!
  • IBanking
  • The preferred and recommended way for payment! Everyone that has an ATM card can apply for Ibanking! (Please contact the DBS bank for more information). Please use the same name as the one which you've provided for us for easier reference.
International buyers may negotiate payment methods by emailing us at etude.online@gmail.com or you can simply drop a comment here expressing your interest! :D

After receiving your payment, we will confirm your order by emailing you a confirmation email within a few hours or 2 business days!

What shipping methods can I opt for and how long will it take?
  • Our Shipping Policy
  • Shipping Dates: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
    We will ship out the items after the package arrives, only on these 3 days of the week!
    Estimated time for your package to reach your address from our's: 2-3 working days depending on efficiency of Singpost. (:
    However, the overall estimated arrival time will differ depending on the efficiency of our supplier. The average total waiting time may range from 1 week - 4 weeks! (usually 2-3 weeks though) for the orders to arrive from Seoul.
  • Types of Collection Methods

  • Normal Mail: Free

    Registered Mail: Top up $2.55 [Recommended!]

    We do not hold any sort of meet ups at the moment, unless your orders are of large quantity (such as, 20 pairs of shoes...)
    However, in the near future we may organize meet ups at our staff's place.

  • Packaging/Shipping Materials
  • We will use high quality materials to package your orders for shipping to prevent loss of items or wear and tear.




What are your cancellation and refund policy like?

We ensure that all our items that are imported and shipped out are of high quality and free of defects. Thus, we only do refunds on a case by case basis (only applicable to our collection items).

  • We will NOT entertain any cancellations after payment's received or order is made!
  • Refunds

  • As stated at the top, we always do stringent checks on the orders sent to suppliers and if the wrong items are sent to us (defects/wrong product/color/size), you will have to bear the shipping cost of the defect/incorrect goods to Korea and back. (Very costly!)
