Я, в свою очередь решила поделиться этими письмами с участниками этого сообщества, так как на своей многострадальной шкуре знаю, каково это вести переписку на чужом языке, особенно если уровень этого самого языка оставляет желать лучшего:-)
Обязательно перечитайте письма и переведите, подумайте, подходят ли они под политику вашего магазина. Если да, то используйте, буду рада:-)
Ответ покупателю, который требует возврат денег в связи с не получением товара. (вариант первый, посылка все еще в пути, сроки доставки соответствуют обещанным, покупатель просто не знает как долго идет посылка из-за границы.)

Shipment from __ is normally takes between 7 to 21 working days ( we're still in delivery time)
I assume that the delay is a result of overload during the holidays at the USPS.

I accept returns in the original packaging and in the same condition it was sent to you.
Returns are at your expense and must be shipped within 7 days of receipt.
Once i receive the item in original condition, i will send you a prompt refund to your paypal account less the shipping fees.
Ship your item back to me carefully packaged in the same wrap and box that i shipped it out in.

Your order was done on November 18, I posted it First thing Sunday morning 20 November, and the Israeli post shipped it out on airmail on XXXX, as can be tracked here:

Unlike some other countries, the United States Postal Service doesn't track incoming parcels after they enter the US.
They only track them when they arrive to your local post office, so there will be no record until then.
That's unfortunately out of my control - BUT the parcels always arrive eventually.
I never had a parcel that just got lost and disappeared.
Please keep a lookout for a notice in your mail box in case you miss the delivery attempt, and check the tracking number in
www.usps.com from time to time.
If you can wait with me a bit longer I would be very thankful, and if there is no way for you to wait please let me know and we will work it out. In any event, I promise you that you will either have your package or a full refund. So in that respect you have absolutely nothing to worry about. I am always here and will keep following USPS for further information.
