The following list contains the codes that I use to describe my stories or stories in my ficrec list. Based on the one on the Adult Fanfiction site.

Abuse - Physical, mental, or emotional abuse (includes child abuse)
Angst - Emotional anguish/ torment
Anthro - Anthropomorphic character (not-completely human)
AU/AR - Alternate Universe / Alternate Reality
BDSM - Bondage / Discipline / Sado-Masochism
Beast - Bestiality (sex with non-sentient creatures)
Bi - Bisexuality
Body mod - Body modification (piercing, tattooing, scarification, etc.)
BP - Blood Play
Death - Character death
D/S - Dominance & submission games
DP - Double Penetration
Dub-con - Dubious consent (bribery, influenced by drugs or alcohol, etc)
Exhib - Exhibitionism  
Harass - Harassment of any kind
H/C - Hurt / Comfort
F/F Lesbian relationship
Fisting -- Insertion of the whole hand
HJ - Hand job or fingering
M/F - Heterosexual relationship
Incest - Incest
Language - Swearing, cursing
M/M - Homosexual relationship
Minor - Under the age of consent (16) but beyond puberty (see abuse); also kid!fic (doesn't involve sex)
Non-con - Non-consensual (coerced or forced sex, rape)
OC - Original character
One-shot - Story completed in one entry
OOC - Out of character behaviour
Oral - Oral sex
Polyamory  Three-or-Moresomes
PWP - Porn without plot / point
Rim - Rimming (anilingus)
S&M - Sadomasochistic behaviour
Slave - Slavery
Solo - Masturbation
Spank - Spanking
Tentacles - Sexual organ that replaces the penis (it's a Japanese thing)
Torture - Torture (kink without consent)
Toys - Use of sexual toys (includes pegging)
Trans - Transgender / transsexual / transvestite
UST - Unresolved sexual tension
Violence - Violence (moderate to extreme fighting, blood and gore)
Voy - Voyeurism  
Wincest - Supernatural fandom specific code for sex between any of the Winchesters
WIP - Work in progress
WS - Urine play (watersports)
Yaoi - Anime specific code for M/M
Yuri - Anime specific code for F/F
