Clear, concise and hilarious, but what's important is that the FCC is still taking comments on whether or not to implement a 2-tier system based on provider and/or content and/or (whatever the hell they like). If you live in the States and you haven't told the government your opinion about higher costs for the less-favoured many, watch this video and then go do it.
