Tim Riggins actually had a job. A job he liked. He hadn't needed to be qualified to score the job as a mechanic at the Garage because the owner was keen to take on a new apprentice to train up. Tim already knew loads about cars, and fixing them. He had always had a dream with his brother, Billy, to own their own garage for trucks one day - Riggins Riggs. But with Tim still in school and busy with football, Billy always said it couldn't happen until Tim finished school.
He was finished for the day now, and made his way back to the resort, still in his overalls and with smears of grease across his face. His hair was held back with a cap on his head, which he had on back-to-front. It wasn't like he was trying to be fashionable. As he made it into the courtyard of the resort, he decided what he needed was a cold beer and food. It had been a busy day.
