I'm feeling really good about today. I'm out of school this week, and somehow that makes it easier to manage what I eat. I only had 570 calories today, 530 of which I burned off on the bike. I don't want to jinx myself, but after a year of almost constant bingeing, I think I'm finally gaining control again. And it's scary in a way, because I don't want to be sick again. I just want to be thin.
