change

I could post a million negative things right now, but instead, I'll post a few nice ones (aside from the obvious).

A pack of coyotes has recently located to our street, and we get to listen to them howling occasionally.

It is finally "cold" here. And while it is indeed often actually cold (it will be 40F this morning), it's odd to walk outside at around 2-3, think that it's still kind of chilly, and then find out that it's 75F out. I think our "comfort" level is somewhere around 85 right now. 95F was still too much for us by a bit. Tuesday was the "switching day" (last year was Thanksgiving). I'm excited, it's a wonderful change.

It looks promising for Anna and I to fly up to Seattle and use my grandma's old car (which I used for a few months in 2006-2007) while we're there. I haven't left the southwest since last Winter, and I hope that it can work out.

That's about all of the positives I can think of right now.
