Don't wish it away.
I'm going out to dinner and a movie tonight with Cassie and maybe Rachel, depending on how the chips fall. I (sorta) cleaned up my room today, it meets my demands, we'll see how ma mere feels about it though. 15 days until UMBC, it won't kick in until it gets down to about 3 or so. Or when I can say "This is my last [insert weekday here] in Pocomoke for a while". I got some non-spam e-mails today, that was a shocker. They were from UMBC people, the people I met at orientation and my roommate. I'm going to meet the people I met at Orientation at move-in, so at least I have some people to hang out with for the first couple days. It should be nice, but we'll see how it goes.
