Life is almost returning to some semblance of normalacy *crosses fingers*. Despite creepy people's cars repeatedly showing up in places that they shouldnt be, the world is a distinctly less worrying place on bright summer morning than a dark rainy night. (surprise, i know.) Today promises to be amusing, and tonight family friends that we havent seen forever are coming over for dinner, so, chess, vodka, and graduation presents. Its great being fawned over for graduating.
On the other hand, while i've had several jobs i've never had one for a big franchise. Apparently you have to memorize stuff. Lots of stuff. Before orientation tomorrow. And the thing is, i have a really hard time caring what the code for candied walnuts is, and whether they cost 39 or 79 cents. (CW and 79, for reference.) Maybe i'll be hit by sudden inspiration to study before 11 tomorrow morning.
