I came in expecting this to be interesting and a bit sad. I was a little worried that it was in first person, which can be odd, but it worked really well for this story. And now, at the end of this story, I have to tell you, I'm exhausted-emotionally wrung out
( ... )
I was so worried about the first person pov too, and luckily for me, I have an awesome friend -disneymagics- who helped me a lot to make it work.
It's hard to gage how emotionnal a story can be for the readers when you are the writer and have work so much on it you don't have any idea in the end if it's a good story or not. I'm sorry for all the feels... I guess? But pleased at the same time because any author wants what he/she writes to make an impression on the readers.
Thank you, for taking the time to leave such a wonderful comment. It means a lot to me.
Thanks for arting for me, the work you did is great, I'm so proud it is right there with my story.
You were right about the story being potentially too passive. I talked about it with one of my betas, disneymagics, and she worked really hard on it for the passivity to be reduced to a minimum, so thanks for the advice.
I really hope we'll work together again. Great experience!!!
