Hmph. My listing is back up as well, and I sent a request to remove it as well. Since these are entries added by readers, I don't know that TPTB even know what has been added unless they get a complaint, although I imagine they could arrange that any entry tagged as fanfiction gets flagged for their review.
As an imperfect temporary solution. Instead of erasing all your AO3 entries, you can move them to a hidden collection, which will leave you all your comments and stats but no one else can see them. I'd sent AO3 support a question on how to lock a posted fic if I decided to reedit it. I haven't tried it, but here is part of the response they sent:
"In the meantime, you might find the collection "Unrevealed Drafts" (http://archiveofourown.org/collections/Unrevealed_drafts) useful. It is an unofficial collection created by an Archive staffer and is designed to be permanently unrevealed and anonymous. Any work you add to it will thus be hidden until you edit the work again to remove it from the collection. (You can see your works in unrevealed and/or anonymous collections on your Works in Collections page, accessible from the button at the top of your main Works page.)
"To post to it, simply edit your work to add the collection "Unrevealed Drafts" to the "Post to Collections/Challenges" box. To make your work visible again, just edit it, click the red "X" next to the Collection's name, and post the work again."
Maybe you can do a trial, and see if the listing on Goodreads stops when the entry on AO3 is inaccessible but LJ is remains unlocked. If so, you could still continue posting, and just not bring them to AO3. Could be worth a shot.
Thank you for providing me with at least some solutions. I think it is worth a try. I mean, I'm to the point where I think about sending an automated email everyday to goodreads to be sure my stories stay down, I mean, if I keep doing it, maybe they'll eventually get I don't want to be on their freaking website?
