As for when it is, it's from episode 402, when Justin is drawing like crazy for he's mad after Mr-who-I-don't-remember-the-name lol asked him what did he do after he got bashed. Poor Justin :(

you will easily find it just with the title...even searching for "Gravitation" on google gets you tons of pic form the manga and ver very few pictures of the gravitation between different items/bodies.
But in case, the authours name is Maki Murakami ^^
