Blanket!!
As those of you on my twitter probably know, for the last week I have sort of fallen into the trap of crocheting a blanket.
No particular reason, really... I saw some wool and a crochet hook when I was looking for paint for my old bathroom, and... suddenly decided I wanted to make a blanket.
Anyway, a progress of my blanket, in pictures. Now that it's done.
So this is the first picture, when it was just an itty-bitty blanket, shortly after I started it late on Friday night.
I didn't sleep well that night, so ended up doing a whole bunch overnight. This was taken about lunchtime on Saturday.
This one was taken on Monday
And this one was today, after I finished it.
Yes, I crocheted a blanket in a week.
Not bad considering this time last week I didn't actually know HOW to crochet. (Thank you idiots' guides on the internet!)
