I prayed last night before I slept. This morning I didn't go to church, but relaxed and had a bath and prayed a bit more. I feel better. I think sometimes I get so wrapped up in what the world says my worth is and I forget that the God who made the universe and loves me, sent his Son to die for me and now I'm part of his family. That is where me worth should be. I am an adopted child of God and nothing can really top that.
Maybe I'll go to church this evening. I'm going to a picnic-party this afternoon and I don't really know what the plan is after that. For now that, I ought to go do the dishes and tidy a bit.
Oh, the other day I bought Estee Lauder's perfume, Sensuous. It smell so nice! I also bought a new Tommy Hilfiger jumper (it was on sale) and a Shaun Tan picture book. My car's air conditioning has finally been fixed too. Yay for stimulating the economy!
