Compaq Presario = Fucks my day up.
This has happened to me twice this week. I get halfway through a project on my computer and suddenly...it crashes. I was just halfway finished with making a database of contact information for about a zillion schools in Acadiana and - poof. Begone. No warning. No reason.
Or at least I thought.
Upon looking further into the computer I realize that it's still running on Windows 98. Furthermore, it's a computer designed for Windows 95, so you can just about imagine what I'm working with here. I presume that it was once a white computer, but it has since turned a sort of yellowish color. Yucky.
So.....they're getting me a new one, hopefully by the end of next week. WOO HOO!
Also, I keep getting yelled at for doing too much physically. I was walking down the hall earlier with a box in my hands and I got a reaming from all of the women in the office. Obviously, though I may be feeling quite energetic and like I have the ability to lift a car, I shouldn't. Not good for baby. And I am feeling better. Not so queasy and my appetite has come back with a vengeance. I want to eat constantly now.
AND, a month from now we'll find out if it's a boy or a girl. Time is just flying by.
