5 reasons why my cat is a ninja;
1) Ability and agility to climb just anything.
In fact yesterday we couldn't find him anywhere in our home so we panicked and searched the whole house, calling his name. There were faint meows from somewhere but we just couldn't find him even if we've checked the top of the cupboard, the lift lobby outside my house, the cardboard boxes we leave around for him, my sister's bags etc. Eventually my 1st sister was desperate enough to check the window ledges and there he was, at my bedroom's window ledge. And I live on the 9TH FLOOR. Can you imagine it!!! He could have fallen to his death or something. Luckily he's smart enough to just stay there and wait for us to get him before curiosity literally kills the cat. Some cats just panic; they flip out and before they know it, they're plunging to their deaths. So yeah he's got real guts and not too bad a brain.
2) When we do bring him out, he's alert to all sights and sounds, like a ninja should be. Well, all cats are like that, but Levi makes extra effort to be stealthy(mostly because he's afraid of the barking dogs). He's able to hold his own when a grumpy-looking, fierce and scrawny tabby saunters past him. He pretends the stranger's not there, because you know, he's such a royal prat. He believes such creatures are beneath him. Oh and did I mention? Whenever we walk him he refuses to sit on the ground. He needs an elevated platform, like a table or a bench to sit his fat arse on. Maybe I should make a list of why my cat is a royal prat.
3) He sleeps with his eye half open. You know, to monitor any invading things, like hands or feet or teddy bears into his personal space.
4) He sleeps also at a position where he can be ready to intercept any aerial attacks (because you know, technology nowadays is so advanced).
5) He sleeps on foolscap paper. Thus when any foreign object invades his personal space, the paper will make a rustling sound and he'll be alerted to the intruder's presence. Smart or what???
In other news;
1) Uni courses = major headache. I'm excited about the next chapter of my education but part of me also enjoys the status quo.
2) iTouch or iPhone? Help!
3) I teach my first tuition kid tomorrow afternoon! Kind of excited. Her parents are super nice, they're my parent's friends so I'm not that worried.
