Dog
I got bit by a dog while reading meters today. It made me so happy! I finally have my dog run in and I got bitten and everything! She didn't break the skin, but I have a really nice bruise right above my knee from her teeth. Then I came home and hung out with Alanna and Mom for a while. Alanna and I even got to sing our song and it was amazing. I swear, we get better every time.
This evening I got to go see Stu. I'll get to see him briefly tomorrow and then I won't see him until October. It was just the two of us for most of tonight, so we got to really talk. We walked down by the Dead River and then we sat on a bridge and talked while the stars came out. We talked about everything - from school to friends to the moon. I'm going to miss him. I'm glad it worked out that I'll get to see him tomorrow.
Tomorrow evening Jenny, Ben, and I are getting together and then Jenny will leave Wednesday, so I won't see her until October either. We've had a really good last week of summer though, with the caving grounds and then her birthday party. And tomorrow night will be fun. I know we'll talk a lot, but I'm still going to miss her a lot.
Wednesday night is girls night with Mom and Alanna, Thursday night is crash packing, Friday I leave. It's a good think I like being busy.
