Time away from fandom is ever so inconvenient.

I'm actually writing fic again. I'd actually lost interest for a while, but I can slowly feel that urge to create something outside of work coming back. I'm trying to branch into new areas, but for some reason, I keep coming back into darker territory. If my fics are known for anything, and I doubt they're really known much at all outside of you Read more... )

Just wanted to say that I read what you have behind the LJ cut, and went on to look at "Fuzzy". I have to say, you definitely have a gift for this stuff. I'm not too huge on fanfic because it seems like a lot of writers aren't necessarily very good at weaving a tale, but you definitely are.

Also: I just started reading the Harry Potter books not very long ago, and just recently finished Order of the Phoenix, and now I'm hooked.

1) I knew you'd be converted. Now tell me what you think about Voldemort/Bellatrix. ;)

2) Stop changing your "real name". You are who you are, and no matter how much you'd like to be someone different, you're not. You're special. It's a gift. It's a curse. It's a responsibility.

3) I'm certain if anyone knew you took the time to read my stories, they'd be incredibly jealous.

4) Thanks. I write like I think which is hard because I think in too many clauses and can't get away from it.

5) Your icon is giving me epilepsy. Can I sue?

6) I should know you way better by now than I do. Email me your number and I'll call you one day. You'll know it's me because I'll be the one chanting 'Paul is Dead! Paul is Dead!.'.

7) You're your own best friend, Sethe.

1. Well, it would have to be pretty hardcore..and I mean, spare no wickedness and/or perversion. It really wouldn't be believable if it weren't, you know?

2. ?

3. I read a lot more than I think people think. :)

4. You want to know someone who writes in clauses? Salmon Rushdie. That guy can turn 30 clauses into one complete sentence, and people will publish anything he writes. I keep trying to tell people that writing is like music, there has to be soul and rhythm to it..nobody cares about the King's English these days.

5. YES, PLEASE

6. I really don't have a # right now. :( But, when I do, I'll send it your way.

2. ?

As in your username info. Mr. J. Anonymous Black.

Salmon Rushdie.

Does this mean an entire nation is going to try to kill me? I knew it would happen someday.

7. ?

Random Toni Morrison quotes cannot be questioned. :)
