I have till tomorrow to write 4 - 5 reviews / publicity pieces for a local magazine. This becomes a problem when I haven't read any of the books and there's really only so much net research can do when none of them are released yet.
I'm writing about 'Breaking Dawn', the new Stephanie Meyer book (twilight series). Also 'Brisngr', the next in the Eragon series, James Halliday's 2009 Wine book, which I may be able to competently fake. And I need to pick 1 or 2 more. I'm kinda aiming for five becasue that means I have to write less about each of them, thereby trying to conceal my ignorance.
I haven't read any of the twilight books, but I'm trying to find out what sort of things we can expect for the final from the fansites. I have read Eragon, but didn't think Eldest was worth my time, so I don't know what's happening there either. And I can almsot guarantee that whatever else I pick from our August releases won't be somethign I've read either.
I think I'll be taking this home with me tonight. *sigh*
Any suggestions or help?
