Ok, so due to some stuff, I missed last week's House episode (House's Head). I just watched it this morning.
I cut for much spoilerific sqeeing and shouting, though I guess everyone else and his dog has probably seen it.
OMG!!!!!
That was awesome to the nth degree. I cannot get over how good every single moment was. It was so good, in fact, that it very nearly made up for the overall dullness of Season Four all on its own. It's no secret that I have disliked season four, even in some parts hated it, but wow... that was good.
It also performed another mircale by making me realise my true emotions towards Amber. At first I didn't like her, then I put up with her for Wilson's sake but what happened in that crash, and how House sort of changes towards her (OK, So i'm guessing that might be made more of in the final, but eh).... arrg. I love it.
Plus, was it just me who found the actual portrayal of the crash quite beautiful in a haunting, frightening way? And House and Amber reaching out for each other - I cried a little, which is most unusual for me at such a moment.
And yes. I was screaming 'Amber' at the tv when the woman kept asking him what her necklace was made of.
I await 'Wilson's Heart' in fluttery, full-on-stomach-butterflies anticipation.
