Camera Obscura
Tonight's probably one of my happiest night ever in 2008.
I managed to round up us, modest few and went down to the Esplanade to soak in some of Camera Obscura's flava! Boy! Were they awesome!! Though I have to admit, they didn't sound as good in person but the repertoire of songs just kept everyone in a good mood, bopping joyfully to every tune. Imagine our tired legs coz we were standing throughout the concert!!
WC and I bought all 3 albums on sale and we were really piqued to having new car tunes to groove to at night!
The band gave us a sneak preview of their upcoming album and I am sold! I can't wait for their new album to be released!! Something tells me that they are going to surpass themselves once again! =)
Dinner was awesome too! Even though it was just simple hawker fare at Gluttons Bay, the Hokkien Mee was really tasty!

Haha.. but tonight's icing on the cake was bumping into Stranger outside Esplanade! Stranger fell in love with Camera Obscura after I had shared their songs with him eons back. Meeting him again after sooo long sure felt weird.. but it was a nice kinda weird.
Ahh... I hate to say this, but I am actually happy today!!
Great friends, great music.. and most importantly, I managed to have a few more Camera Obscura converts =)
