Rebirth
Anew! So the homeless bit was just a scare. Thats good. I managed to borrow a little bit of cash from the father unit (who now constantly reminds me that I "owe" him money) and paid off the housepayment. The rest of the bills I left to the mother unit and the family was saved from living in vehicles. It always seems to come down to the wire with my family. At the last possible second, when there is no possibility of hope arriving, we get a miniscule break and are able to breathe again. And so we move on...
The Cartunes are back on a roll. We are proud of our latest effort, because there is now cohesion to the music. However, it lacks timing in spots, and where it does lack, it sticks out significantly. But, we are still just getting into ourselves and with any band with a lack of creativity, it takes time to get everything to sound near perfection. However, I at least enjoy listening to this record and the third, as opposed to the first two. We continue to grow, and with the wealth of continued practice, we can only get better.
Is father's day tomarrow? I noticed its Sunday, but I really haven't been paying attention to the holidays this year. If it is I should call father in Saginaw and find out what he's doing. Maybe there is the possibility of free dinner out of the whole mess.
