Seriously, I totally adore it, especially the parallel between the actual prom dance and this "new" one....
I love that now they're both somehow damaged and imperfect but at the same time they fit together in such a perfect way that everybody, even Ethan, can see "teh love". ♥

Also, I absolutely adore the way you decided to "trigger" Justin's memory...the "Justin remembering Prom" is always been a very favorite "plot bunny" of mine, but it's often quite difficult to do it "right" (whatever right means).

I do think the way you did it it's absolutely perfect and totally believable. :D

And I wouldn't mid a B/J centered sequel...*is greedy*

Oh my, your words have left me swooning ♥ I think one of the things I love most about Brian and Justin is the very human flaws each of them possess, and yet when they're together it's... the perfect love with a very human value of 'perfect', you know? I watched a clip of the prom scene before I even started watching the series, and without any knowledge of the characters or the series I totally fell in love with the scene. *happy sigh

I'm so glad that you liked the trigger; I wanted to make it subtle and sudden, but still make it feel significant to Justin himself.

I honestly think it's absolutely perfect. Both the idea and the writing. ♥

I've read a few fics that didn't quite connect with me even though it seems like nearly the whole fandom loves them.

Yeah, it happened to me, too. Personal tastes are a strange thing, aren't they? ;-)

Anyway, as you probably noticed by my multiple rambly comments, I did love this story a lot and I would be thrilled if you'd ever write a sequel. ♥
