Well, Victor is making his play for Eva. I set him up with a lovely little cabin and made sure that it had all the amenities, as he asked. I'm not sure how he intends to lure her out there, but perhaps he'll be able to win her over; he is notorious for his way with the ladies and Cristoff is certainly no prize. Besides, she must have Evalon's taste for the finer things in life, and Victor can provide those much better than the gypsy. It's up to him now, in any case.

Apparently her deceit angered Tori enough that she tracked her down to have a little chat. It seems they nearly started hurling spells at each other, but then ended up making all nice and friendly. I will never understand women.

Now onto my original reason for being in Sunnydale...the Chapel family jewels. I found Miss Hicks' address, at the same apartment building as Eva's. Since she managed to track me down and set her goons to following me, I have a feeling she may know a bit more about their whereabouts than I've been able to find. I think I'm going to pay her a little unannounced--and hopefully unnoticed--visit.

*Dressed in dark clothes, takes a pair of gloves and a small bag of tools and climbs up to Izzy's balcony, pleased that the apartment appears dark. Goes to work unlocking the sliding glass door.*
