It's been a surprisingly relaxing few days, for LA. Apparently the gem that Tori received from the Elenis back in Italy was the final piece needed to take down that Sahjahn fellow who has been making everyone miserable. Once she passed it off to Angel's group, she's had some time to play. Nothing magical, I assure you (well, except in the poetic sense--certain parts of our relationship are very magical). We spent one evening a few nights ago at Rhia's club, very nice place and Rhia was as charming as ever. Can't say the same for wolf-boy, he seemed a little distracted.
One odd thing, as we were leaving we both noticed a couple of men follow us out. I could have sworn they'd come into the club about the same time we did, albeit I was a little tipsy. But Tori said she'd noticed them, too. Then this afternoon as I was on my way out to the air force base I saw the same men tailing me.
I'm beginning to wonder if they're Wolfram and Hart goons, perhaps they know I'm looking into Tori's contract to see if it can be broken. Not that I've found anything yet. On the other hand, I've made my enemies over the years...and I'm not liking being watched one bit.
