stupid stupid me...lol
So my back was hurting all day today...i couldnt sit i couldnt stand i tried my ball. DH was rubbing my back...i was almost ready to goto the hospital just to make sure it wasnt a kidney infection or something stupid....then i was walking around making dinner and realized i still had my bra on...now my bra's arent fitting right right now so i dont normally wear them unless im gone out someplace...well i forgot to take it off after grocery shopping today...and when i finely realized it was on like 6 hours later...i took it off and my backs been fine since. boy am i dumb... lol
