WUSS GOIN' ON YOU WANNA COME TO OUR PAR-TEE
Ahh, life. Since I have been back from Japan, mine has been as such - Dan, friends, family, work and WoW. Christmas, for me, wasn't very eventful this year. Since I borrowed a lot of money from my parents recently and am still paying it back, none of us really spent much money this Christmas and I just got stuff like pyjamas, bedsheets and bath products. It was just genuinely awesome to spend the day with my family, stuffing our faces with awesome food and relaxxxxing. I got to see Dan on Christmas Day, too - he gave me the World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion pack (awww yeahhh goblins be representin') and I gave him a black box with a dragon's head on it, filled with lame heart candy with little messages like "Hot Stuff" and "I'm Smitten" written on them :3 He had a little cutesy conniption when I gave it to him, it was awesome.

I've been working non-stop at my new job, a clothing/shoe store just outside the city. In the 3 days over New Year's, I worked 28 hours in total, and I have been doing 7 hour shifts on average almost every day for a few weeks. Needless to say, I didn't get a chance to party into the New Year - I was at home watching Black Books on the couch, haha. But, the pay at this place is practically orgasmic, the job's pretty easy, and everyone's nice, so I ain't complaining.
I don't get to see my friends much at the moment, but when we see each other, mass hysteria occurs...
One sunny afternoon we decided it might be a good idea to wear corpse paint and go out on the street dancing and waving at cars. Every time we got beeped at, we'd do a little victory dance... One guy looked so ecstatic to see us, he was smiling and bouncing up and down in his car, it was awesome. Then we went inside and had coffee and biscuits like proper ladies.
The rest of the past few months is just a happy blur. I've never been so confident and happy about myself, and it's all thanks to Dan. After I came back from Japan, over a few months, I worked hard and lost 10 kilos. And he was right behind me, every step of the way. He's my best friend, and one of the most amazing people I have ever met. I love him like I have never loved anyone before - I never knew it could be like this, so easy and free of stress. No jealousy, no concealed emotions, no complications. Just him and I, laughter and love.
