I think I'm going to Knox come August. Nine grand a year scholarship and financial aid, I'll barely have anything to pay since I'll have independent status.
People I know:
Zach - I made a promise to myself never to speak to Zach again until he apologizes (which he won't because he loves Bridget). When my dad died, I was surprised all he had to say was "that sucks". I wished he (and others) would have come to help me during the wake and all, but I understand. It s uncomfortable. However, I was even more surprised that he didn't tell his parents. Having been friends as long as we had, I was shocked he didn't tell them. Aside from this shit he's done, he's a hilarious guy and an amazing writer (i just wish the whole fight club obsession would stop. seriously, its creepy now).
Bridget - I was told Bridget hates me. Although I expected this, it made me mad. I'm not used to being hated. Oh well. Like Pablo says, "give it some time." You'll both forget and everyone will be happy. I don't think this is true. I'm just gonna continue on like Kyle , but instead of never seeing her ever again, I'm just gonna never speak to her ever again. She's right "hate is baggage", so I figured you can't hate what you don't care about.
Dale - Dale has to be one of my best friends. I can't believe Zach insulted him the way he did. "John dies a little everyday because of you", "Bridget gets panic attacks because of you" --harsh. Anyway, I see Dale and I see a guy with a world ahead of him, a great girl, awesome friends, and whatever else he puts his mind to.
John- No offense to anyone else, but I have to say John is my best friend (maybe tied with Pablo and Dale), but unlike them, John knows what it was like for me, what with coming from a shitty home. Yes John, drunks do stink. I know I give him shit, but honestly I see myself in him. A hilarious ass who can piss you off, but instantly make up for it with a joke. When we hang out and its just the two of us, he always understand s where I'm coming from. When my dad died, he said "I'm so sorry." and he meant it, no jokes, no nothing, just John. I worry that the same may happen to him, I pray it doesn't because death changed me. Yes I complained a lot, but I had a good reason to. Anyway, back to John. He's probably the one person I have met who really understands.
Kyle - Although he is gone and we don't talk as much as we used to, this guy will always be that more experienced, more practical guy I look to for advice. His rant about Dr. Pepper will live on as one of the funniest things I have ever heard in my lifetime. I can't wait until he comes back. Oh yeah, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, YOU MAGNIFICENT BASTARD! may it bring you beer, women, and many more great times.
Adam - Awesome person. He once told me that I was the only person who intimidated him intelligence wise. This is true the other way around. He's funny, talented, and smart. He's a triple threat. People say he changed, well he did. I admire how he no longer takes shit from anyone. He'll make it in life, if he doesn't, I got bitch out whoever holds him back.
Matt I.- Funniest fucker I've met. Great guy. Even though I have only hung out with him a few times, every time has been awesome.
Nicole - Nicole is fucking awesome. Even though she gives me shit (its just a game), she always has time to listen. I know at least a ton of women who are as beautiful as her, but won't give me the time of day. Just because she listens, she's amazing.
Coleen - Great woman. Although her singing gets old at times, shes awesome. No other person (except Adam) can make me laugh as much as she does. She's super, she's nice, and that's all I have to say.
Jamie - Great person. Who knew so much kindness could come in such a little package? The time she bitched out that 7 ft. freak that was in her way at the Piglet concert was fucking awesome. She's fucking awesome.
PABLO! - No other guy cracks me up like Pablo. He will laugh at just about anything I say and because of this, he's great. He is quite possibly the best musician I know. No one else puts more thought and time into their pieces. Someday, he'll make it as a musician. I'm not saying he'll be a rock star, he'd probably hate that. No, he'll be a teacher, passing down his skill to the next generation. Ensuring that the music of tomorrow won't suck.
Jed - crazy skateboarding brown kid. Keep it up.
Dennis - basically the same thins as Jed, just change "brown" for "white".
Shannon - I once heard someone call you a wallflower. I wanted to punch their lights out, but because she was a woman and I'm a man of morals, I don't do that. No one could be as nice and quiet as you could. You always laugh at my jokes, no matter how corny. Don't change.
Tony - awesome guy. Always willing to help out a friend, whether it be advice or a ride home. I don't hang out with you as much as I'd like to, but oh well. You'll always strike me as the epitome of cool cause everyone seems to get along with you.
Scott - I don't hang out with you much, but you're fucking awesome. That's all I have to say.

Ms. Belden - one of the greatest teachers I've ever had.
Mrs. Farrell - you are amazing. No other teacher has cared more about what happens to me and no other teacher knows just what I'm going through. I'm glad I didn't drop your class.
Mr. McClure - one of the most knowledgeable men I have ever met (and the oddest, but in a good way). I don't think any other teacher can make AP seem as easy and fun as you did.
Ms. Rettig - Even though some of my friends didn't like you as a teacher, I did. You're just a nice person who makes teaching seem easy.
Mr. Fouts - great guy. You make learning seem so effortless since you incorporate every student into class and ultimately, make us learn from one another. Great work. However, I must say, I feel sorry you have Nick McGain. No other person has more pointless things to add.
Mr Kay - Funniest teacher I've ever had.
Mr. Roubitchek - you're a nice guy (who cares what Bridget says about you). That's all that really needs to be said about you.
