Not much to say.

If I have been quiet lately, it is because I don't
have much to say. Sometimes internal life takes over
and this is one of those times.

I spent some time with some people this weekend
with whom it was good to spend time. Thank you.

The house was quiet this weekend and I did some
energy work based on the concept of live and let live.
It is important to periodically renew comittment to
guiding principles lest they become scattered, diffused
and submerged by the ocean of life that surrounds our
little drop of it.
