Talk about amusing. Having had only and hour and a half of sleep in two days I should be knocked out and dead to the world but I happened across Superstation WGN and am just fantastically amused by how folks use to "Get Down" to real music back in the day.

With so many old fashion styles making a comeback how long will it be before the men start sporting tight bell bottom pants, with sparkly shirts, white shoes and neck lines that come just above the belly button? Would any of you dare to embrace this flashy style? SMILE I was at the pool the last time I saw a man bare so much chest hair.

These get ups are more like costumes compared to what we now put on for a night out on the town. The sure enough had flavor and worked it out like nobodies business. I would love it if Afros become popular again but I doubt that day is in the near future. Those seen here on the show are so thick, healthy and beautiful. I love em!!!

At times like this I wish I were born a decade and a half earlier.

"Money, Money, Money......Money.......Money"
"Some people got to have it......"
"Do things, do things, do things...bad things with it"

Shoot I am about to have me a soul train moment right here in my own living room;)
Watch out now!!

COULD SOMEONE MAKE MY DAY BY POSTING VIDEO FOOTAGE OF 1970s SOUL TRAIN? I cannot find it anywhere.

Ah shucks, I am done! James Brown is singing "Payback"

BTW: Michael Baiden got it right when he said a big difference with kids these days and obesity is that "THEY DON"T PARTY LIKE THE ELDERS USE TO". These moves will but Taebo and Hip Hop Abs to shame. LOL

Ahh damn, I spy what seem to be about five inch tall, red shiny patent leather platform boots on a guy and he is not missing a single step! Watch out now!!!!

Now I gotta find a copy of Crooklyn!
