Don't know why BUT I feel exceptionally fine TODAY!!!
I could not let this day pass without mentioning how wonderful I am feeling. Don't know what has gotten into me but I love it love it love it. One might think that I was on something from all the skipping, smiling, and dancing that I have been doing (strange but so very much the kind of feeling that I have been needing.
Considering that I spent 13 hours editing and bettering one of my husbands class papers I would think I would be tired and cranky but I almost forgot how much I enjoy editing. It gets the creative juices flowing and I cannot stop until I am satisfied with a presentable finished product.
The straight look I my locs have finally gotten to me so I am experimenting with larger cold rods for a curly look. At this very moment I am sitting under a hooded dryer but I am going to keep them in over night. Funny though......my husband said "step back about five steps.....now turn to your left....look up....and stare into the mirror for about a minute". (What?) He was now you can see yourself right now from my view. LOLOLOLOL Hell I know what I look like with rollers in my hair. SHOOT!!! Men love you when you are looking superfine but they do not seem to comprehend that is takes work to look so smashing. I promised him that tomorrow he would have a greater appreciation for the power of the rollers. LOL
Tomorrow I am going to try my hand at frying catfish....I hope it comes out mouth watering delicious!! I have never even had catfish before but I like cooking new dishes. As sided I am going to make cornbread, baked sweet potato fries and seasoned black beans. Yum!!
Well here is to hoping that tomorrow and perhaps the rest of the week is as lovely and wonderful as today. Shoot if the crimson tide could make me feel like this every month I might look forward to it from now on.
