Week One of Summer...COMPLETE
Dear Diary,
So my first week has come and gone. Unfortunately, next week begins the real demonstration of my summer. Classes every morning and work all afternoon, 5 days a week. Luckily, this just lasts until the end of June, and then I can truly enjoy my summer days to the fullest.
For those who may be wondering, YES, I will be in Iowa City all summer, well, most of the summer. I have a few trips and retreats planned, but otherwise I will be here. I am going to do my best to catch up with those that I've lost contact with during the Spring Semester... I promise! My explanation for the above ad is that some UISG peeps stopped by the other night with a box of wine, and none of us really liked it enough to drink it, so we switched to bottles of wine and hard liquor. Now I have a box of this shit in my refrigerator that I don't want to throw out, but I won't drink it by myself because that seems just wrong. I believe there are 5 liters of wine in this thing and I need some help.
Well, plans are in the works for the big 21st Birthday Celebration in June. It promises to be a great time and I will be providing more information as things get finalized:) Hope i'll see you there.
And finally, I never truly appreciated how much time I spent with Haley and Thang until they are both gone. Damnit, I miss you both terribly. "I wish I knew how to quit you!"
