19th Entry (Powerpuf Girls Z)
Okay so I was having a conversation with two of my friends over the Powerpuff Girls Anime. And I thought it was bullshit that blowing massive bubbles at a villan could hurt him. The following is what I got inbetween conversations between two people.

Russ Shim (9:30:47 PM): Ehh... she chose to expand the number of bubbles and extra effects, such as the shatter, stun and so forth, instead of boosting damage. Besides, everyone knows that basic elemental damage is 1d6.
