(no subject)
got a call today (my dad took the message as I was asleep as I have work tonight) it was a guy named Lenny calling for ME...about a possible job at an HVAC company. My dad called my mom to tell her, and my mom told her boss (who knows me as I've worked for her for like...4 years...and worked for the guy before her for 3) about it and she said (the boss) that she'd be PISSED if I didn't go after this chance, and that it'd be perfectly fine if I couldn't work at the schools because of this.
I called up, asked for Lenny, he wasn't there. Didn't leave a message, but was told he'd be working tomorrow at some point so I was like, "ok I'll call back tomorrow then." didn't want to really leave a message, as I'd rather talk to him in person. *shrug*
IF I get this job...I'll be quitting at kohl's. Which means...no more checking out attractive co-workers...:-( lol.
But yeah...this could mean some decent things for me. (but I really do want to get the fuck out of this area!!!)
