Lovely Day
The public library is on the same block as my apartment, so we finally took advantage of it and stopped in to see if any better jobs were available (which they are, believe me, ours sucks) and I've wanted to get a library card for a while anyway.. I got my new car this week! :) Its a blue Corsica, the nicest one I've had yet (not that I've ever really had anything that great to begin with lol) but I couldn't stop driving it! I finally had to bid it farewell for a few days until I get my driving priveleges cleared in NC again. The one state I'm barred from driving in is the one I moved to. This place is kinda nice actually, a big OLD elemtary school with a big fountain out front and a nice schoolhouse vibe, lots of clomping feet on old wooden steps.. We're going to get our paychecks (yeh on mondays, like in saturday night fever "If I pay you on Friday, you'll be broke by Monday. I'm doin' you a favor!") and then when Lara's off of school going to the Jamestown General Store for ice cream and to look at some antique turntables. Not bad for a Monday. Sounds like a typical day in the life of Frank the Tank "whipped style." Hehe Thats all for now, $$ makes me impatient. =)
