Why history remains my major

You know how sometimes you go into something and you think its going to suck but it ends up allright?

Thats how my vacation with my parents went.

Well parts of it anyway.

Tuesday- LONG drive to Tanglewood. Ate a superb lunch at the Red Lion Inn. Quite an experience and I reccomend it to anyone in that area. I then saw the Pops at Tanglewood and the concert kicked ass (except for the fact that I was soooo tired at that point.) We then back to the CRAPTASTIC hotel that we stayed at where none of the doors locked... at all. But after switching rooms 3 times, we finally found a decent room. (Im just thankful i survived the night)

Wendsday- Visited the Van Buren House... No wonder noone remembers this president. Then we went to Hyde Park, the birthplace and living spot of FDR for many years... And i must say that it KICKED ASS. He will always be my favorite president for so many reasons, talk to me if you wish for me to ellaborate. We then went to an old diner which was excellent and basic. We then went to a much better hotel.

Thursday- More of Hyde park and FDR. Almost cried during one of the movies on display. If i hear one person put down FRD they are offically on my bad list... forever. Then the long long 6 hour trip home.

Its good to be back... However i cannot come in contact with my beloved Katie... i wonder where she is. Do you know? (Corny music in the backround)
