(no subject)
Oh man, first days on campus. Yesterday was crazy. We finally got out of my house around 10:30, after everything was shoved in the envoy ... i don't get how people move up in cars. Got here around 11:45 and got everything into the room. Ran around and did errands. Applied for Caf. job, I get to cook =) so we'll see how that goes. It's only two shifts a week, plus any people need picked up.
Floor meeting was good, most of the girls on my floor are really cool. Hall meeting was retarded, i should have skipped it. It was pretty much the 8th grade harassment video all over again and "don't start fires." I went to bed really early, I was so beat.
This morning I met all of the other ROIALies, it was cool. We got introduced to everyone and all the leaders and the basic set up of the program and the class. We're going to be reading some interesting things, I'm pretty excited. Then we did this scavenger hunt thing around campus ... soo much walking. But, we got free ice cream at the end, yay!
I will feel so much better once we get our loft built ... we're pretty much tripping over stuff right now. I need to get my books too. Katie (my roomie) offered to help me out with that, so that's cool.
I'm gonna go ... sleep or something. I'm tired, yo.
