She fights crying. Why should she cry? The people there made her what she is, and cursed her for what they did. She was hidden away, almost killed, was beaten, all because her government approved of her creation then condemded her...
All the pain floods back and a few tears leak from her eyes and she furiously wipes them away. "I am not welcome therrre, anyway..."

She leans over, giving Fylene a knowing smile. "Tell ya a secret. Fae don't like high-pitched sounds. Scrambles our little brains and drives us nutsy."

Kenna goes to retrieve the plate of pizza Caleb started in the kitchen, finally returning with the food. Her eyes gesture down the hall and Caleb indicates the third door on the left, and Kenna shows Fylene down to it. The bedroom looks to be a spare, but comfy nonetheless. "Food, and warm bed. Make yuirself at home, and don't be afraid to give a shout if'n ye need me."

She lays down on the bed and sleep tugs at the edge of her conciousness. Her last thought is of Kenna's smiling face and Caleb's warm hand...
