Tired
I realize I haven't updated here in heckaaa long.
School stuff has been hecka busy. It took me a whole day to move all my stuff from lower residence hall onto the cruise ship.
The cabin is small, cuz we have to fit 3 people in a room meant for only 1, so I had to play tetris with all my food supply, entertainment, essentials, etc.
I dislike the bunk beds. I got middle bunk, and all three of them have really low ceailings, you don't have enough space to sit upright. so awkward.
Butttt, there is ONE internet jack for now, so I'm savoring it as much as possible. :]
Then the next day, we kinda had a tour around the ship to get to know where everything was, classrooms, quarters, dining hall.
After that, we had survival training. To prepare us in case the ship sinks on us, we had to jump into the pool IN CIVILIAN CLOTHES from 10 feet high while wearing a life vest. Then, we had to make our way towards a real live lifeboat in the middle of the pool, all the while, get sprayed by a hose and buckets of water to "simulate how the ocean waves are gonna be." Teamwork was actually really important, because as we make it into the lifeboat (kinda like a tent on a floatation device), they had people trying to hose water into our boat to try to capsize us. The inside of the lifeboat was like an internal organ, pretty chaotic, and steamy because there were 22 people in it trying to get water out. ahaha
Al in all, I'm really glad that I'm getting soo many songs from people. it will keep me alive on this cruise.
I just saw the trailer for Transformers 2, too. I hecka want to watch that movie. Too badd. :[
