this morning at 6:30 am I was woken up by the most melt bannanaesque screatching sound I've ever heard a computer make--in fact I thought somehow that my mp3 player had randomly cued up a melt bannana track up. But turning the speakers off didn't help, not even unplugging them. Then I realized that the EEEEEAAARRREEEEAAAAK WAEEEEEAAAAAARRRREEEEEAAAARRR ssSSQUEEQAAAK sound was comming from the hard drive. MOTHER FUCKER!
So my hard drive is dead.

two of which were due like today and the day before yesterday
