Long Day . . .

I ended up at the vet with my mom and my dog. She had a cyst pop. I told my mom that it was really rotten smelling, and they needed to clean it out to see if she was okay. Finally, they looked at it. It was pretty bad, so they made an appointment at the vet today. Since dad was going to be busy, I went to help mom with the dog. The cyst was deep enough that she is going to have to get surgery tomorrow morning. She also has another cyst on her neck which might pop soon.

Being 14.5+ years old, I'm concerned about putting her under. However, the vet is giving her a pretty mild drug, which should leave her system in about 5 minutes. Hopefully, everything will turn out okay.

I left the house at 7:30am and didn't get home until 3pm. I'm tired . . .
