i've given up on writing subjects
You know....this whole thing called high school....yeah.....it's getting tired....
On a side note, I walked home today, opened the garage door and when I opened the door that connects the garage to the kitchen, I saw a lady I have never seen before washing dishes and this little girl standing in the middle of my kitchen. No one from my family was home and my first thought was, obviously, "How did they get in?" But I didn't miss a beat with them.
So I said brightly, "Hi!"
And they said, just as brightly, "Hi"
The woman then proceeded to tell me in broken English that she needs paper towels so I got them for her.
I then asked her, in Spanish, if she wanted something to drink and gave her water. I gave the kid some juice and turned on Spongebob for the little girl.
Strange, no?
