Haha I'm glad you liked it. I was worried it came across unfinished and unpolished. And, of course, that was sort of the point. Nothing is resolved. It's not supposed to. But, still, there's not being finished in what I want to say and lazy writing. So, I worry.

Like, I was thinking about making it longer and having Damon's frustration that he lost them both and Jeremy's being fed up with Elena's life choices but, man, i really can't do another 30k fic. AT LEAST NOT UNTIL I FINISH THE ONE I'M DOING. But, yes, whatever canon does, I'm totally writing a lot of fic where Stefan belongs to Elena and Elena relishes in it. HE CAN'T LEAVE HER ALONE AGAIN. Stefan's desires only matter when she decide they matter.

Them doing their normal dinner routine and asking Jeremy to buy into it with them (which he refuses to do) while Stefan is struck with memories of their dysfunctional side and tries to wipe it clean. ONLY YOU KNOW HOW TO DO THIS TO MY HEART
HAHAHA. I thought of you while writing that. I wasn't actually sure that line was tbh, it just sort of happened. Mostly, I didn't want Stefan to think or feel anything about Elena being violent with him - or rather, he doesn't really know how he feels - but I need to show he's not actually a robot.

I have actually reached the decision that what everyone on TVD needs is to spend some quality time with the Forewood duo, so this was a delightful scene to me. Also the candyland story was the best thing ever. Please write me preseries fic for Matt/Tyler/Elena? (Because I ship it sometimes).
I have some frustrations with the Tyler/Caroline development, but I ain't gonna lie: I really like it when they're all teenagery in love and he's twirling her around in his arms. I AM NOT MADE OF STONE. And, well, maybe. I had fun writing the Tyler/Elena stuff. Tyler was Matt's best friend and they were both founding families, so I think Tyler and Elena probably had a relationship. I like to think they both prodded Matt to get drunk and sneak into 18+ clubs. MAYBE I'LL WRITE SOMETHING.

I cannot appropriately react to this, so I won't even try.
Someday I may write a fic where Elena and Damon fight over Stefan and Stefan submits to Elena because he promised but sometimes he submits to Damon instead because that's what he wants and feels really guilty about it. Damon mocks Stefan for going against Elena (maybe in Elena's bed) and Elena gives mixed signals on how she wants Damon and Stefan's relationship to go. And sometimes, Stefan might almost miss Klaus (who maybe took away his free will, but at least Klaus was always straightforward on what he wanted).

I love anytime Elena gets to throw this in their faces.

I get the feeling that you are single-handedly writing half the fic for this fandom and I appreciate it.
THE DARK!S/E FANDOM IS TINY BUT DEARLY LOVED BY ME. I hope to convert a few people. I want to read some more S/E fic that appeals to me instead of writing it. IN THE BUFFY FANDOM I COULD FIND BOTH BUFFY/ANGEL AND SPIKE/BUFFY. WHY CAN'T I DO THIS WITH THE TVD FANDOM?
