It was a little silly, the glitterly nail polish she put on her toenails. She wouldn’t dare put them on her fingernails, since it was tacky and would clash so much with her clothes.
But when she was young, before he mother died, her mother would pain her nails with sparkly nail polish, and even though it probably made her weak, it was a reminder that she wanted to keep.
--But she hasn’t felt the need to put it on as much since meeting Yuugi and his friends.

“Here!” Dearka said, running over to her, taking off his raincoat, “You might get sick.”
“And you wouldn’t?” Miriallia said, raising her eyebrow up slightly.
Dearka blushed slightly and Miriallia could practically hear him beating himself up.
She took pity on him and looked up at the rain. She said softly, “I shouldn’t cry anymore, it’s been nearly a year. Sometimes I let the rain do it for me, though.”
She let him wrap his arms around her.

“Yes,” she lied, annoyed, and he had such a look of disappointment on his face that she said quickly, “No.”
Dearka smiled at her, and the next morning she threw the knife away.

V-mon jumped in front of the tv and said, “I heard there was an Music TV channel! We need to watch it so I can work on my moves for Tailmon.”
Sensing this was only going to get worse, Daisuke’s mom said, “Who wants to go out for pizza?”
“I do!” Daisuke and V-mon said at the same time while Jun grinned to herself.

Sasuke’s eyes widened and he whimpered, shooting a hopeful look in Kisame’s direction.
“No,” Itachi said, “Sasuke attention would be fully on me, and he would submit to my will.”
Kisame nodded and stopped the Ginjustu. With a small smile he said, “When will I get to meet this little brother of yours, Itachi-san?”
Itachi only said, “Begin again.”
